At FJDynamics, we prioritize transaction security, compliance, and a frictionless checkout experience for customers purchasing our robotic lawn mowers and intelligent outdoor automation solutions. This Payment Policy describes the payment rails we support, how customer transactions are processed, and our data protection & risk control principles.

FJDynamics supports globally recognized and compliant payment networks, including:

Visa — Global card network supporting secure online credit & debit transactions with strong authentication standards.

MasterCard — Widely accepted international card scheme offering fast, encrypted online payments for global customers.

American Express — Premium card network providing enhanced cardholder protection, reward benefits, and secure authorization.

PayPal — Trusted global digital wallet enabling secure checkout without sharing full card information with merchants.

Apple Pay — Fast, wallet-based checkout for Apple devices using biometric authentication and tokenized card credentials.

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. FJDynamics does not directly store or have access to full card credentials.

Currency, Regional Pricing & Taxation

Pricing and available payment methods may vary depending on destination region, currency, and regulatory requirements.
Applicable duties, VAT/GST, customs, and import taxes (where required by law) will be shown transparently during checkout before final authorization.

Risk Control, Anti-Fraud & Identity Verification

To protect customers and platform integrity, FJDynamics maintains an advanced transaction risk screening process. Certain orders may require manual review or supplemental verification prior to fulfillment. Orders identified with abnormal risk signals or abnormal behavior patterns may be declined.

Shipment Release & Logistics Partners

After the transaction is successfully authorized and cleared, order fulfillment will be executed via our audited global logistics partners, such as:

DHL — Leading international express logistics provider offering reliable cross-border delivery with advanced tracking visibility.

UPS — Global parcel transportation network known for consistent transit performance, secure handling, and predictable delivery lead time.

FedEx — Premium courier service offering fast international shipping options and end-to-end tracking for time-critical shipments.

Official tracking details will be provided once shipment is initiated.

Declined Authorizations / Transaction Failure

In the case of declined authorization, please contact your issuing bank/payment network to validate available balance, card status, region restrictions, or 3D Secure requirements. Customers may also simply reattempt checkout via an alternate supported method.
